About Us

Was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, raised in Richardson, Texas, and currently resides in Collin County. She comes from a background of over 15 years in Sourcing and Procurement and brings a wealth of contract negotiations, commercial financing, and mergers and acquisitions experience to bear when working with her real estate clients.   

Akilah attended the University of Texas at Arlington and earned a degree in International Business and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Her skills in finance, budgeting, and contract negotiations give her a unique insight into how to protect clients and help them find the best deal in real estate transactions.   

As a licensed Realtor and single mother of two, Akilah joined the Real Estate industry with a passion for educating and paving the way for homeownership. She strives to help single parents, first-time home buyers, and investors alike in creating generational wealth.  

Akilah is an active investor in the Dallas Metropolitan area and shares this knowledge and experience to assist and educate aspiring investors in achieving their goals.

Letetia Smith was born and raised in Lafayette Louisiana and moved to Texas at the age of 19. With her 20 year background in healthcare, Letetia displays compassion while serving families. 

She attended El Centro College and then went on to continue her studies as a registered nurse at Grand Canyon University and Texas A&M. Nursing has given her a unique insight into how to educate and advocate for clients and their families. 

Letetia is married and lives in Frisco, Texas with her spouse, children and dog. She loves reading, traveling, and volunteering with her non-profit Destiny’s Leaders within the community during her spare time. 

Letetia entered the Real Estate world to educate and advocate for families while helping them accomplish the goal of homeownership and legacy building. Her values include Education and Service.
